After a serious snow drought (over six weeks since our first "dump" of 4 inches or so) Fairbanks, Alaska, is receiving a steady snowfall. It looks like it could be around 6"-8" when all is said and done. I had to cross town before much had been plowed this morning. My studded Hakkas were incredible. I maneuvered around several small fender-benders without worry. The traction on this interior Alaska snow is incredible -- I never felt my rear-end slip once today.
