How about a diversion? Let's discuss the EnTyre...

The WRG3's continue to impress. However, there are things the Prius can't handle - namely the massive snow pile the plows leave at the top of the driveway. I found myself having to take my wife's Pilot to not only navigate over the pile but to plow through the untouched roads last week.

The Pilot has a set of EnTyre skins put on last summer. The tires have been spectacular thus far. In both dry and wet, they never fail. Last week was the first time I really pushed them in the snow. The tires demonstrated bite when pulling out into intersections and grip when coming to stops. Later in the day when the streets were backed up with winter brine, there was nary a hint of hydroplaning. Great all season tire. My local tire dealer said he can't keep 'em in stock.

Next week it's back to the WRG3. These tires will get me stuck one day when I try to plow through an unplowed parking lot just to see what they can do ; )...
